METHODS OF PAYMENT - Perpetual Childhood accepts Visa and Mastercard Credit Cards, as well as ATM cards with the Visa or Mastercard logos for on-line purchases. All transactions will go through PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to utilize this service (though PayPal will invite you to establish an account). Such an account can be convenient if you do a lot of on-line purchasing - you won't have to enter all that ID data and credit card information - PayPal keeps all that data on hand for you.

We also accept cash, check, certified check, or money order payments for on-line orders. If you mail your payment, shipment will occur after the payment clears. Please do not mail cash.

You may pick up (and pay for) your on-line order at the shop. The shipping charge (automatically added by site software) will be removed at the time of shop pick up.

SHIPPING - At present, we are limiting our sales to the United States. We ship using UPS or the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail program. Shipping charges are included in your checkout summary. .

RETURNS/EXCHANGES - Items may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Call to obtain our authorization for return. Returned clothing items must be unworn (except for fitting try-on), unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached.

Pack items securely, include original receipt, an explanation of the reason for return, and indicate desired action (refund or exchange - be specific). NO ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND ORIGINAL RECEIPT.

Packages must be returned prepaid. No C.O.D.'s will be accepted.

Any refunds will be in accord with the original form of payment.
